After the Demo - What's Next?

The demo is almost over, and you have asked every sewing question you can think of. Here are a few more you might want to try.

So, what kind of machine do you sew on at home? How long have you owned it?

How long have you been selling sewing machines?

How long have you worked for this company?

Exactly how many guide lessons do I receive with this machine? Why are they not listed in your current schedule? May I see your most current list?

Do I have to go to a different location to get my classes?

Will you be teaching any of the guide classes?

Do you service the machines at this location, or will it be taken somewhere else?

How long does it take to get my machine serviced?

I live kind of far away. Can you service my machine by appointment? Do you have a machine I can borrow?

If, let’s say, in 10 years, a circuit board goes bad in my machine, what would it cost to replace it?

I’m not really into quilting. Are the instructors well rounded?

I’m also interested in a serger. Does your store put them out of customer view? Can I get a demo from anyone?

I notice a lot of people work here. Do they know how to fully operate the machine, or will I have to ask for your help?

Other thoughts about buying a machine, and why you should be a Bernina owner ...

Does this store look like and feel like it has a passion for this machine? Do all of its instructors use and love this machine? Does it look like this machine is just here to make a bit more profit for the store?

Two out of three finalists on the Bravo! Project Runway are Bernina owners (the others use industrial machines).

Look around at your next quilt guild meeting. Berninas out-number all other machines.

Bernina is the choice of professional companies in Columbus, such as Ballet Met, Opera Columbus, OSU dance department, OSU theater department, and almost every college with a theater department within 100 miles of Columbus.

Remember ...
Nothing Sews like a Bernina. Nothing.
